- High season: Christmas period, July and August
- Medium Season: May, June and September
- Low season: the other months
We require weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday in July and August. For the rest of the year minimum 3 nights.
- Check-in: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Check-out: within 10 a.m.
The rate includes:
Electricity, water, kitchen gas, bed linen and towels (for weekly stays one towels’ change), safe, parking, swimming pool, mountain bikes, freeinternet ADSL connection at reception area with a PC employed only by our guests, barbecue.
Extra costs:
- Final cleaning: € 15.00 per guest
- Heating: at consumption
Deposit:
- € 200.00 for each apartment, cash payment upon arrival
On request:
- Extra-bed (Only in Camelia): € 150.00
- Baby cot: € 60.00
- Small pets: € 35.00
- Buffet Breakfast (only for weekly stays in high season): € 10.00 per guest (daily)
- Pool-towels: € 8.00 per item
To make the reservation:
- 30% non-refundable deposit by bank remittance or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
- The balance 70% to be settled at check-in by Euro cash or credit card
Cancellation policy:
- From the reservation to 41 days before Check-in: 30%
- 40 days before Check-in to 31 days before Check-in: 50%
- 30 days before Check-in to 11 days before Check-in: 70%
- 10 days before Check-in to Check-in: 100%
- No Show: 100%
