The Farmhouse in Tuscany apartments
Apartment in Tuscany: The main guest house is three stories high and has 7 fully-furnished apartments in traditional Tuscan style. The original fireplace in each apartment has been restored as have the chestnuts beams inside and outside of this beautiful Tuscany farmhouse. All apartments have a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, telephone with direct external line, TV with satellite and decoder, and independent heating system.

- Camelia - for 4 +2 people, this 150 m2 apartment is located on the the ground floor, and contains a spacious sitting room with fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), kitchen, storeroom.
- Azalea - for 4 +2 people, this 100 m2 apartment is on the 1st floor and has 2 doubles rooms, two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), and a kitchen/dining room.
- Glicine - This 60 m2 first floor apartment is for 2 +1 people, and has a double room, one bathroom with shower, and a kitchen/dining room.
- Iris - This first floor apartment sleeps 4 +2 people and is 90 m2 It has one double room, one small twin-bedded room, a sitting room, kitchen, and a bathroom with bath and shower.
- Giaggiolo - This is a 150 m2 apartment on the second floor for 4 +4 people, and is divided on two levels. There are 2 double rooms, two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), kitchen, dining room, storeroom, and a sitting room with fireplace.
- Lavanda - A smaller apartment at just 60 m2, this second floor apartment sleeps 2 +2 people. It has one double room, a bathroom with shower, kitchen/dinning room and storeroom.
- Gelsomino - This 80 m2 apartment on the second floor sleeps 2 +2 people and has a double room, a bathroom with shower, a sitting room with fireplace, kitchen and storeroom.
The adjacent villa, called Villa Perticaia Alta, is divided into two apartments over a total of 400 m2.
- Casa in Pietra - This apartment is 180 m2 and sleeps 7 +2 people. A spacious sitting room with fireplace is located on the ground floor, while the kitchen/dining room, 3 double rooms, 1 single room, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), and storeroom are on the first floor. The apartment has its own private garden.
- Casa il Pozzo - This 220 m2 apartment sleeps 8 +2 people and its ground floor has a hall, large dining room with fireplace, kitchen and 2 sitting rooms. The first floor consists of 3 double rooms, 2 single rooms, 2 bathrooms, a sitting room and a storeroom, and it has its own private garden as well.

How to find our Farmhouse in Tuscany
Le Coloniche is situated in the rural district of Serravalle Pistoiese whose history dates back to the high Middle Ages. In Serravalle Pistoiese you will find the remains of Barbarossa’s 6th century tower, and a 12th century tower built by the army leader Castruccio Castracani.
To get to Residence Le Coloniche, you will need to take the A11 Florence-Pisa highway, take the Pistoia exit and follow the signs that indicate Montecatini Terme. Along the way you will see also signs that indicate the direction to take to Serravalle Pistoiese; you should follow these signs. Since you will need to follow certain roads from Serravalle it is necessary for you to contact us for more detailed instructions.
